Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability and may not be eligible for the conference rate.

Participants travelling from the United States will need a valid passport.

Airport Arrivals:
Complimentary shuttle service is available from Pearson International Airport to the hotel. Exit on the arrivals level of the airport terminal into which you have come and ask the transportation commissioner to direct you to where the shuttle picks up guests for the Marriott Toronto Airport Hotel (at post S5 at Terminal 1 and post C22 at Terminal 3).

Driving directions:
From East
Take Highway 401 westbound
Take the Dixon Road exit and follow the Dixon Road West ramp
At the third traffic light, turn left on Carlingview Drive
The hotel entrance is on your left hand side.

From West
Take Highway 401 eastbound
Take the Dixon Road exit; at the light at the bottom of the ramp, turn left onto Dixon Road West
At the fourth traffic light, turn left on Carlingview Drive
The hotel entrance is on your left hand side.

From South
Take the Gardiner Expressway or Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) to Highway 427.
Take Highway 427 North to the Dixon Road exit.
Turn right onto Dixon Road.
The hotel is located on the southwest corner of Dixon Road and Carlingview Drive.

Train Arrivals:
For those participants arriving by train, options include:

- Airport Express Bus (operated by Pacific Western)
Airport Express departs every 20 to 30 minutes from the Fairmont Royal York Hotel,
across from Union Station in Toronto
Adult ticket price is $19.95 one way or $32.95 for two-way (includes GST)
